Pay My Bill — UrgentMed Clinics in Davie & Plantation

Pay a UrgentMed balance securely online with the account number from your statement, or pay at the front desk of either clinic. Questions about a bill are answered on the toll-free line, (800) 275-9630, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm — the billing team keeps office hours even though the clinics are open seven days.

What you need

  • The account or invoice number printed on your statement.
  • A credit or debit card, or an HSA/FSA card for copays and self-pay services.
  • Nothing else — the payment page does not ask for medical information.

Other ways to pay

Understanding your bill

  • Insured visits — the plan is billed first; your statement shows what remains after the plan’s payment, matching the explanation of benefits your plan sends. Plans we bill are listed on the insurance accepted page.
  • Workers’ compensation — authorized work-injury visits are billed to the employer’s carrier, never to you. If you receive a statement for a work injury, call us so we can correct the claim details. See workers’ comp carriers.
  • Car accident (PIP) — care within Florida’s 14-day window is billed to the auto policy’s personal injury protection; deductibles and the 80% PIP share are explained on the auto insurance page.
  • Self-pay — the price is quoted before you are seen and paid at the visit; see urgent care without insurance.
  • Employer accounts — physicals, drug tests and screenings ordered by an employer are invoiced to the account, not the employee.

Questions or a dispute

Call (800) 275-9630 or ask at the front desk. Please do not email account or card numbers. If a plan denied a claim, bring the explanation of benefits — most denials are a missing card copy or an outdated policy and are resolved by resubmitting. Insurance questions before a visit start on the health plans or contact page.

Frequently asked questions

Is the online payment page secure?

Yes — payments are processed by Stripe on an encrypted page; UrgentMed does not store your card number.

Can I pay at the clinic?

Yes — at the front desk of either clinic by cash or card, any time the clinic is open, seven days a week. That is different from the billing team’s phone hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Why did I get a bill for a work injury?

Authorized workers’ compensation visits are billed to the carrier. If a statement reached you, call (800) 275-9630 so the claim number or carrier can be corrected.

Do you accept HSA and FSA cards?

Yes, for copays and self-pay services at both clinics and online.

Can I set up a payment plan?

Call (800) 275-9630 and ask the billing team; they will explain the options for your balance.
