Walk-in drug and alcohol testing in Davie and Plantation for employers, DOT-regulated drivers and individuals — with chain-of-custody collection, same-day breath alcohol testing, and results reported the way your program requires. Seven days a week, no appointment.
Testing available
- Urine drug screens — 5-panel and 10-panel, with laboratory confirmation of any non-negative result.
- DOT drug and alcohol testing — federally regulated collections for pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable-suspicion, return-to-duty and follow-up testing.
- Breath alcohol testing — performed on site with results during the visit.
- Chain-of-custody collection — for any employer program that needs a defensible result.
- Ask about extended panels and hair testing for employer programs.
For employers
Companies can set up an account so employees are sent for testing with a simple authorization and results go directly to the designated contact. Testing pairs naturally with a pre-employment physical or a DOT physical in the same visit, and injured employees under workers’ compensation can be tested at the time of care when the employer’s policy requires it.
What to expect at your visit
- Walk in with a photo ID and, for employer or DOT testing, the authorization or the employer’s instructions.
- Collection follows the protocol your program requires — federal custody-and-control forms for DOT.
- Breath alcohol results are available during the visit; laboratory screens are reported to the employer or to you when they return.
- Non-negative laboratory results are confirmed before they are reported, and DOT results go through the medical review process the regulations require.
For individuals
Testing for personal reasons — court, custody, a program requirement or your own peace of mind — is done privately with results released only to you unless you direct otherwise.
Walk in at either Broward clinic
Both clinics are open seven days a week — Davie on S University Drive and Plantation on Cleary Boulevard — serving Davie, Plantation, Cooper City, Weston, Sunrise, Southwest Ranches and the surrounding Broward County communities.
Insurance and self-pay
We accept most major insurance plans, workers’ compensation and auto (PIP) claims, and offer self-pay pricing quoted at the front desk before you are seen. Bring a photo ID and your insurance card.
